- Intermediate Architect / Architectural Technologist (01 June 2026)
- $69,000 – $89,000.00 per year depending on experience

We have several exciting projects in development and are looking for an Intermediate Architect / Architectural Technologist with seven-plus years of experience to join us immediately. Someone with the versatility, know-how and comfort to work across design, detailing and documentation, who is attentive in production and coordination. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be a contributing member of a collaborative team.

- MUST HAVES (minimum)
- Eligible to work in Ontario
- A degree or diploma from a Canada-recognized Architecture or Architectural Technology program, or international training equivalent
- Minimum seven (7) years of work experience since graduation
- Minimum four (4) years professional experience with the OBC and Part 3 in particular
- Proficiency with BIM (Archicad preferred, Revit)
- Versatility with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and inDesign)
- Extensive working knowledge of building science, construction details and Ontario building codes
- Excellent communication and team collaborating skills
- History of effective client and consultant coordination
- Ability to balance timelines, competing pressures and priorities
- Ability to work well with others and independently
- Appreciation of quality and attention to detail
- NICE-TO-HAVES (not mandatory)
- Experience with multi-use residential projects
- Experience with large-scale urban projects
- OAA registration and/or international accredited membership
- Familiarity with MAC operating systems
- DUTIES INCLUDE
- Architectural detailing and documentation of projects
- Preparing 2D and 3D drawings for rezoning, site plan approval, building permit, and tender applications, including detailed working drawings and specifications
- Developing and coordinating design development and construction documents under the guidance of the Team Lead
- Senior Architect / Designer (01 June 2026)
- $90,000 – $115,000.00 per year depending on experience

We have several exciting projects in development and are looking for a Senior Architect / Designer with ten-plus years of experience to join us immediately. A Senior Architect / Designer participates within a team to complete complex building projects from concept to completion, responsible for contributing design input and technical expertise, and depending on level of experience, project management and client liaison. Reporting to the Team Lead, key duties include translating client needs into functional designs, ensuring compliance with codes, coordinating with consultants, overseeing junior staff, and managing project scope, schedule, and budget.

- Developing and coordinating concept design, design development and construction documents under the guidance of the Team Lead
- Coordinating with consultants (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical, etc) to ensure integrated design deliverables
- Providing support as a point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders during presentations and meetings as needed
- Guiding less experienced team members
- Ensuring designs comply with all relevant building codes, zoning laws, and safety and sustainability requirements
- Ensuring architectural detailing and documentation of projects meet highest standards
- Preparing 2D and 3D drawings for rezoning, site plan approval, building permit, and tender applications, including detailed working drawings and specifications
- Preparing bidding documents, participate in contract negotiations, and review shop drawings and submittals.
